Family planning, or family planning, is all of the tools that contribute to birth control, in order to enable families to choose to have a child.
The family planning service is the place that provides these means and informs about their implementation.
The planning department provide information on contraception and abortion (voluntary abortion), refer to doctors and partners, practice pregnancy tests. The prescription of a contraceptive (pill, IUD, implant, etc.) is possible thanks to the presence of a doctor or a midwife.

To have enough time to breastfeed and take care of her newborn, keep her health and take care of her family.
Delay the next pregnancy so that it is not very close to the last (ideal spacing: over 2 years).
