Access your medical file
At the first consultation at the HGOPY, the patient goes to the reception desk where a hostess will give him an information sheet which he fills in, and he places himself in one of the queues to register. A small rectangle card containing his personal information is given to him to make the payment of the consultation at the caisse. A medical file is given to him at the reception after presentation of receipts for payment of the benefit and the patient goes with the said file in the consultation service requested. At the end of the consultation, the file returns to the parameters for operation. He then returned to the archives of the department concerned. At the next visit, the patient goes to the archives of the last service in which he was consulted with his patient card and valid receipts for the next consultation he presents in the archives. The staff in place will collect these documents and seek the medical record when making available the file requested.
NB: the patient's card is important not only for the withdrawal of the medical file but also for the various transactions at the cash register. For this purpose, the patient should preserve it and bring it in during each passage to the hospital.
